MAIN LEVEL
The Main Level offers an open-concept living area with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that unveil breathtaking panoramic mountain views from every angle. This space features a king bed ensuite bedroom and two bathrooms (one full, one half), a living room with a gas log fireplace, and a meticulously designed gourmet kitchen with an extra-large quartz counter and a spacious Roughsaw Wood island. This newly constructed cabin boasts all-new luxurious yet rustic furnishings, creating a seamless blend of comfort and style. The main level is seamlessly connected to a towering deck that includes an outdoor gas-burning stone fireplace, a long-range binocular, an 8-person Roughsaw dining table, ample seating, rocking chairs, and an inviting “CIGAR, WHISKEY, WINE AND BEER BAR,” providing the perfect space to enjoy the outdoors and stunning views.
Additionally, the deck features a designated Bird Watching Zone providing the perfect space to enjoy both the majestic views and the diverse birdlife.
LOWER LEVEL
LOWER LEVEL Descend the indoor staircase from the main level or take a stroll down the wooden steps to reach the lower level and deck. Here, you’ll discover an indoor game room filled with an array of entertaining games, including a full-size pool table, Foosball Table, Custom Dominoes Table, along with a closet brimming with board games. A 75” Smart TV and a small bar complete the setup. Step through the double-sided doors to access our outdoor dining area, complete with a bar and ample seating – the perfect setup for hosting gatherings while playing games and soaking in the mountain views. This area also features a cooking station equipped with both a Gas and Charcoal Grill/BBQ.
For added outdoor entertainment, we have an assortment of games including cornhole, PutterBall Golf Pong, Match 4, TicTac Toe, Jenga Wooden Block, and more…
HOT TUB Of course, relaxation and romance are taken care of by our 7-person hot tub. Immerse yourself in its soothing waters while sipping on champagne and taking in the soft lighting and captivating mountain views.
This level also hosts a spacious full bathroom and a convenient Laundry Room for your use.
UPPER LEVEL
UPPER LEVEL Ascend the rustic stairs from the main level, following the distinctive Rare Blue-Pine Wall, and you’ll arrive at our upper level. As you step onto this level, you’ll be greeted by a charming loft area featuring a log rustic daybed with a pullout bed. For those who need to attend to a bit of work during their stay, there’s a convenient working station/desk with a Wi-Fi printer on the other side of the loft.
Moving to the left, you’ll discover a spacious bedroom with two queen beds. The large windows in this room offer an awe-inspiring view of the mountains, and a Jack-and-Jill Full modern Bathroom complements this space perfectly. The vistas from this level provide a breathtaking 360-degree experience, allowing you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds you.

Cancellation and Refund policy
Guest receives a 100% refund, minus the 4% service fee if the cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. Guest receives a 50% refund, minus the 4% service fee if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. No refunds within 14 days of the arrival date.
Payments (We accept all major credit cards)
(50%) of the booking cost is due immediately if the booking is more than 30 days prior to arrival date. A second payment for the remaining balance (50%) will be due exactly 30 days before arrival. Reservations that are within 30 days will be charged (100%) of the booking cost.

GUESTS – No more than six (8) guests allowed overnight. - QUIET TIME – Please enjoy the outdoor space but no loud noises or music between the hours, 11 PM – 8 AM.
NO FIREWORKS –
CHILDREN – Please be mindful that this cabin is NOT childproof. Parents and Guest(s) will ALWAYS supervise their children at ALL times, both indoors and outdoors, especially in and around the hot tub, fireplaces, fire pit, and stairs.
